Your data stays under your control
Your company data is not sent to third-party LLM or generative AI services.
BMGR.fi has no built-in generative AI or LLM features that forward your company records, documents, messages or other content to external AI providers. Suggestions and automations in Business Manager are rule-based functions operated within the BMGR.fi service. An organisation administrator can separately connect an external service through MCP. This optional connection is off by default, and data is made available through it only when the administrator enables and authorises its use.
